All purchases shipped with tracking information.
All age restricted products will require proof of age; we require a photo of State ID or Driver's License for confirmation.
Due to federal regulations, vaporizers are in-store pickup only. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Restocking Fees
- Any customer-initiated cancelations or returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product, up to 100% of the product cost.
- In event of a return, customer will be charged the cost of the return label.
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will provide a free return or replacement.
